Epson Workforce WF-3620 Software Install and Driver Download
Epson WorkForce WF-3620 Setup, Software Driver Setup Download, Fax Manual, Wireless Setup and net Setup Printer Scanner For Mac, Windows, Linux – The printer Epson WF-3640 can manage a work of 20,000 web pages each month. This is extraordinary for an inkjet; most high-workload printers are costly printer. The paper tray gets on the tiny side for such a workhorse; it could just hold 250 sheets. It uses four ink cartridges that you can purchase from Epson or an office supply retailer. The standard-capacity cartridges yield around 350 web pages, yet you can additionally acquire high-capacity storage tanks that offer you 1,100 web pages. it has a scanning resolution of 2,400 dpi, which is a high sufficient resolution to scan images as well as papers. Furthermore, it could send faxes at up to three web pages each min. It makes black-and-white duplicates at 17 pages per minute and shade duplicates at nine pages each minute.
With your Windows computer system, you utilize Epson Remote Print, which is a simple program that enables you to conveniently send out projects to the printer as if you were linked into it with a USB cable television. I would not expect blistering speed at this rate, however the Epson WF-3640 is fairly quick. Tested over a wired network link, it got to 17.4 web pages per minute (ppm) when printing black text, and also practically 5.4 ppm on our far more complicated colour graphics examination. There is an automatic record feeder (ADF) for the faxing and also scanning part of the printer, so you will not need to manually feed each web page of a multi-page record into the scanner. It could stand up to 25 sheets. This attribute is somewhat unusual in a printer at this price factor.
The Epson WF-3640 Wireless Color All-in-One Printer is a fast office printer with the ability of printing in monochrome at speeds up to 19 web pages per minute along with the automatic duplex printing capacity. This is possible due to the PrecisionCore Print Head that enables print resolutions of 4,800 x 2,400 dpi as well as droplets as small as 2.8 pl. It also has capability for scanning, faxing, and also copying, making it valuable in a workplace. The WorkForce is an inkjet printer, which means it utilizes ink cartridges to print message as well as pictures onto paper. You can wirelessly send print work to it using a number of wireless solutions.

How to connect an Epson WF-3620 Series Wireless Printer
- Make sure you know your network name (SSID) and network password.
- For Direct USB Connection, Make sure the USB cable is connected on both ends of computer and the printer on the USB Port. (USB Cable is not included in the sales package)
The wireless printer can be “connected” via a wireless adapter installed in a computer or connected through a wireless router. To connect to your local network the printer must be set to settings compatible with your network. To set the settings on the adapter you must first connect to the printer in its current or default state.
Outline of the Process:
- Determine the settings of the printer
- Reset the settings to the default
- Configure a wireless computer or device to talk to the printer
- Set the printer to the desired settings
- Install the printer drivers and install the printer under Windows
Getting Initial Printer Settings
To set up an Epson wireless printer, you must get the current settings of the wireless printer by running the printer self-test. To do this hold down the feed button while turning on the printer. The printer will print a list of initial settings including SSID (network ID), Mode (Ad-Hoc or Infrastructure), current IP address (default: 192.168.192.168)
The self-test lets you know if your printer is operating properly. It checks the control circuits, printer mechanisms, print quality, control software version, and DIP switch settings.
This test is independent of any other equipment or software, so it is a good idea that run it when you first set up the printer. If the self-test works correctly, it suggests the problem may be with the other equipment or the software, not the printer.
- To Run the Self Test
Make sure the printer is turned off and the roll paper cover is closed properly.
While holding down the FEED button, turn on the printer using the switch on the top front of the printer.
- The self-test prints the printer settings and then prints the following cuts the paper, and pauses.
- A sheet will print showing the MAC address, SSID, mode, wireless channel number, authorization method (None, WEP), Gateway (GW), IP address and IP assignment method.
- The network specific settings have been highlighted above.
- Check that the settings are reset by running the wireless card self-test, above.
